PAN AFRICAN PARLIAMENT

VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

 

 

The Pan African Parliament (PAP), an organ of the African Union, was established to ensure full participation of the peoples of Africa in governance and economic integration of the continent. PAP is currently implementing a new organizational structure that was approved by the African Union at its 19th Assembly. To this end, it is looking for exceptional individuals with extraordinary skills, knowledge and competencies as well as track records of delivering excellent work in an international regional organizational setting. Appointed candidates will help shape and deliver the mandate of the Parliament.

 

PAP therefore hereby invites applicants who are citizens of African Union Member States for the following positions:

III.    HOW TO APPLY

 

To apply for these vacancies, candidates are required to submit the following:

 

A.    For D1, P6 and P5 Positions:

 

    A motivation letter demonstrating suitability for the job applied for and stating reasons for seeking employment with the Pan African Parliament.

    Detailed and updated curriculum vitae, including nationality, age and gender.

    Three (3) referees with good knowledge of candidate’s work. Please, provide referees’ contact details – telephone, fax and e-mail addresses.

    Certified copies of educational qualifications – degrees, diplomas and certificates, where applicable.

   Completed Key Factors for Success (KFS) form for applicants for Clerk of Parliament, Heads of Department and Heads of Division positions.

    A 2-3 page vision statement by applicants for Clerk of Parliament, Heads of Department and Heads of Division positions.

 

B.    For Other Positions:
